agreed. good blog. about my DIET. the point of this detox is only to eat the bare minimum needed for survival so that you clean up your body's ability to process food, based on the book we are following. It was written by two nutritionists, and jess's sister has experience with detoxes as well, so we are consulting her. i've always been skeptical of detoxes before this one. The idea is that you never want to be hungry. I realized I was doing it wrong yesterday when I was HUNGRY all day. You want to eat enough of the allowed foods so that you are always satisfied, so I"m better today. You do sound like a mom, but I understand. it only lasts for a week too. This is not a nutritionally sound way to eat for the rest of your life. I can deal with that. :) I would kill for a piece of bread though now. :-P
